About SPLEND Foundation

SPLEND Foundation is a not-for-profit Section 8 company registered in Karnataka with a vision to create
inclusive, lifelong engagement and assisted living solutions for individuals with autism, intellectual
disabilities, and other neurodiverse conditions.

Our objectives are centered on enabling independence, dignity and skill through:

  • Establishing vocational centers, sheltered workshops, and residential facilities.
  • Promoting community engagement and employment-linked programs.
  • Supporting caregivers, educators, and stakeholders with training, research, and awareness initiatives.
  • Creating inclusive education models and individualized learning programs.
  • Leveraging digital platforms and technology-driven solutions for learning, monitoring, and support.
  • Advocating for inclusive policies and platforms to showcase the creativity and talents of neurodiverse individuals.

All revenue and resources of SPLEND Foundation are applied solely to furthering these objectives, ensuring sustainability and long-term impact for the community
